Dr. Phillips has excellent bedside manner & is always genuine in conversation. Dr. Phillips has performed 2 c-sections on me. I could not be more pleased with his precision, care & understanding! Dr. Phillips was kind, thourough & caring in regards to my healing.
When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist . She was very happy, nice and helpful to me. The waiting area had a positive atmosphere and was very clean. I didn’t wait very long before I was seen. The nurses and other doctors greeted me with a smile as they walked by. The nurse that helped me was very professional and nice. When I met Dr. Martin, she was nice, respectful and very professional. Normally, this type of doctors appointment is the most awkward visit to me but I have to say, this was the first time I didn’t feel awkward. I would recommend Dr. Martin’s office to anyone! Everyone seemed like they genuinely cared and I want to thank them for that!
