Dr. Naliboff isn’t a bad doctor but I had an absolutely horrible experience with her staff. They are completely unwilling to help or give advice. When I asked to speak to the doctor when she’s done seeing patients for the day, they refused and told me told me they could only relay what the nurses told them

They “FORGOT” to tell me about the results of an important test which led to a procedure at that clinic. Dr Naliboff is the most incompassionate Doctor that I have ever visited. She never explained to me about the complications of my condition even I asked her several times , I had to Make Her Talk!
And once she asked me if “I am recording our conversation ” !!!!! :(

The first time I was supposed to have an annual exam with another doctor, the office I went to gave me a horrible experience that I ended up leaving before the appointment. I found Lauren on here as she is right by my job and got great reviews. My appointment was at 3pm but I got there around 2:30pm and was taken immediately. She gave me a great experience and great information on birth control. Will definitely be coming back!

I arrived 40 minutes before my appointment and the receptionists were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to get me in 10 minutes earlier.
Lauren was fabulous. Very direct and to the point, while also having the patience to talk through questions very thoroughly.
I searched on ZocDoc for hours trying to find a gynecologist because this is the doctor you especially want to feel comfortable with. You will always see bad reviews, and hear about long waits. My experience with Lauren was great and I’m glad I ignored anything that said otherwise.

I got to the office 45 minutes before my appointment as I had read that this office can have very long wait times. After filling out my paperwork, I was seen very quickly. Dr. Naliboff answered all of my questions and was very friendly. I will be returning for my care in the future.

Dr. Naliboff is friendly and approachable, though most of her PAs aren’t as warm. But the receptionist is also super sweet, and I only had to wait a short while before my appointment.
