Super short wait time. This doctor is blunt and to the point. He’s not afraid to tell you when you’re misunderstanding a symptom. Only my first appointment with him, however, he is my second opinion doctor and he’s already done more for me that the last doctor. So far, so good.

Dr. Cramer believes in using the latest in cutting edge technology in order to help treat his patients. He has been performing Balloon Sinuplasty for the past four years, and uses minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of nasal obstruction in the office setting under local anesthesia.

Office staff great, especially dealing with aged men, like myself. Shame that the system forces the practice to maintain super amount of paperwork.
My problem was well explained to me by Dr Cramer and my 90 day prescription for nasal spray was renewed with NO work on my side.

Too often we only review things when we have a negative experience... I feel compelled to review the absolutely stellar experience I had today with Dr. Cramer.
First, the receptionist was very nice and I was seen right away. Dr. Cramer came in within 2 minutes of me seeing a nurse to have my vitals checked (I know because they put timers on the exam room doors to ensure timeliness).
Dr. Cramer was very calming and relatable during the whole exam, explaining what he was doing and why. When he discussed his diagnosis with me, it was a conversation, not a dictation, and he presented all of the options for care, allowing me to ask questions along the way. He was explicitly clear that these treatments were ultimately my decision, but he was happy to provide his recommendation when I asked him for it. Together, we decided on the best path forward and how to treat my conditions. It was great and markedly unlike most doctor visits I've had.
I cannot recommend Dr. Cramer enough.
