Comfortable and professional
DR. CRAMER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH MY ISSUE THE VERY SAME DAY.
Office staff great, especially dealing with aged men, like myself. Shame that the system forces the practice to maintain super amount of paperwork. My problem was well explained to me by Dr Cramer and my 90 day prescription for nasal spray was renewed with NO work on my side. Great visit for me, especially NO additional visit required.
Everyone in the office including Dr. Cramer is very nice, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Cramer for all ENT needs.
Dr. Cramer was extremely helpful! He eased my worries about the breathing issue I was having immensely. We came up with a plan that I completely agreed with to get me feeling much better. Very proactive about helping me get off addictive nose spray!
Great appointment. Very professional, and addressed concerns well and thoroughly as appropriate. Wait time was much better than average medical wait times, though there was a fair amount of paperwork that needed to be filled out.
Fast, professional and effective - I was very satisfied.
I think the visit went well. He explained to me what needs to be done .
The entire team was very professional and accommodating! The diagnosed and addressed my issue in short order. Thumbs up!
Fantastic Doctor... Made me feel comfortable! Very Professional... Highly recommended!
Great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered any and all questions. Dr. C was friendly, helpful and professional. Very little wait time.
Made me feel at ease and assured in his knowledge. He didn't have a problem recommending I see a different specialist. Seemed sure of himself.
Too often we only review things when we have a negative experience... I feel compelled to review the absolutely stellar experience I had today with Dr. Cramer. First, the receptionist was very nice and I was seen right away. Dr. Cramer came in within 2 minutes of me seeing a nurse to have my vitals checked (I know because they put timers on the exam room doors to ensure timeliness). Dr. Cramer was very calming and relatable during the whole exam, explaining what he was doing and why. When he discussed his diagnosis with me, it was a conversation, not a dictation, and he presented all of the options for care, allowing me to ask questions along the way. He was explicitly clear that these treatments were ultimately my decision, but he was happy to provide his recommendation when I asked him for it. Together, we decided on the best path forward and how to treat my conditions. It was great and markedly unlike most doctor visits I've had. I cannot recommend Dr. Cramer enough.
Dr. Cramer is professional, personable, and pleasant. He listens, which is important to me, and explains everything in detail. I have seen him before and I feel confident that he will do his best to see that any medical issues he specializes in will be taken care of.
He was very caring and patient. He wanted all the details for my visit. He was thorough and professional
Dr. Cramer was great! Very personable and well spoken. He explained things clearly and made sure I understood everything throughout the visit.
He saw my 18 year old son and because I could not make it to the appointment he talked to me by phone with my son's permission. Excellent care
Extremely efficient and very professional.
Very professional, clean, courteous office staff and doctor, also extremely knowledgeable
Friendly caring staff. Cant say enough good things about my visit.
The office was, overall, impersonal. So was Dr. Cramer, who made little eye contact, misread which ear was giving me trouble, and said nothing beyond the basic medical questions. He explained nothing. He was out in under 5 minutes. I dealt with about seven different people in the course of my stay. The instructions about follow-up testing at the end of the session were confusing and should have been given me in writing.
Dr. L. Cramer spent time with me. He grasped my ENT concerns quickly, reviewed my intake statements, history, ran tests right in the office and returned with the data. He then established a plan [allowing me a fair share of input]. He even uncovered a small, technical, mistake in a test interpretation (other ENT's data) permitting me an avenue for a chance at an alternate approach and explained it all in layman's terms. He may be hard to get in a hurry, but he's worth the wait! I had time for a preliminary ENT's course of action [easier to get scheduled quickly but plodding and typically more interested in his bottom line than the patient] while awaiting Dr. C's schedule, but that proved useful for paving the way, allowing Cramer to hit the ground running. Choose the location, make the appt, [i used zocdoc] THEN get something else done [to help him help you] while you wait for your time with him.... Streamlined office, helpful office staff, assistants not complaining about your bringing them paperwork, and of course, a professional atmosphere. He's well connected to higher-tiered specialists should that be determined to be appropriate for you. Dr. Cramer doesn't seem as if he overfills his schedule with patients just for the bottomline, but gave me a sense that he cares about his patients concerns, and health, given the generous time he spent with me..
My experience with Dr. Cramer & his office was extremely pleasant. Dr. Cramer was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He was gentle during my procedure. He took time to hear about my issues and familiarize himself with my health history. I have nothing but positive feedback and I highly recommend.
This was my first visit and I had a lot of information to provide and I appreciated that Dr. Cramer listened and carefully examined the issues at hand. I did not feel rushed. I was also able to receive some tests while I was in the office and everything ran efficiently. I appreciated that I was able to get so much accomplished in one visit and now have a home for future checkups and handling of future problems.
Dr. Cramer was not very nice or professional, he didn't introduce himself shake my hand or anything. Seemed bothered by me and was kind of rude. I won't be going back
Been here befor Dr. Cramer fixed a carbuncle in my left ear(5+ yrs) and Dr. Broker removed a growth from my left vocal cord some years back(10+). They always provide good and fast services!
Everyone in Dr. Cramer's office was very cordial and pleasant. I had an enjoyable visit and found Dr. Cramer to be especially pleasant.
Dr. Cramer was outstanding. He is professional and gets to the specifics quickly. He is friendly and has a good sense of humor. I felt very comfortable prior to, during and after the examination.
Very nice offive and friendly concerned staff.
Lessoning is a thing he does best!!! Great Doctor and staff !
Dr. Cramer was thorough, highly competent and provided excellent explanations. I strongly recommend him.
The only feedback I would provide is that the doctor office update the site and/or cards with the building the office is in. As a first timer, I did not know the doctor's office was in a different building. The address took me to the Bryn Mawr hospital, and said suite 300, but did not say, North Building, South Building, or Art Pavillion Building (this is it). It would have been nice to know that information up front or by way of the reminder call which I did receive. Thanks
He was great and thorough.
It was my first visit. The staff was friendly and professional, as was Dr. Cramer who put me at ease. Dr. Cramer took time to explain clearly my condition and treatment plan. I would definitely recommend this physician and practice.
He was very personable and easy to talk to:)
Was easy to schedule, get in and out
Dr, Cramer was pleasant and. Informative. The wait was maybe 8 minutes, but I was also late.
Dr Cramer and his office staff are professional, friendly, and make the patient feel comfortable and that they are in good hands. They took the time to address my questions and fully evaluate my symptoms. Nurse practitioner Rachael was wonderful and very welcoming. I would strongly recommend Dr Cramer and his staff
Dr, Cramer was very patient and took the time to fully answer every question I raised. Based in reviews I read, I had high expectations about his bedside manner and knowledge and be lived up to all of them. I would highly recommend him.
Gave a very thorough explanation of my condition and treated me with respect. Did not rush the appointment.
Professional and knows what he doing. Explained things to me as he went along.
Dr. Kramer is very concise and does a thorough job during the exam. answers all questions in a way that the average person actually understands what is wrong with you. greatt experience with him.
Very kind, friendly and helpful. Good professional manners. Very knowledgeable very encouraging about my allergies. Great patience with me being a very new and nevous patient. Provided helpful advise for future asthma and allergy flare ups.
Very professional and curtious treatment.
Very thorough, explored all symptoms and advised on follow up testing.
Got my annual hearing test and deep imbedded ear wax removal. Will return in the future, as close to my house. In and out within an hour. So happy to have found this "Best of the Main Line" ENT doctor just 24 hours prior, via ZocDoc - which also booked and confirmed my appointment online. Excellent!
Professional but friendly
I liked him and felt comfortable, I felt I could trust him; he had a nice manner too. Very nice office as well.
Dr. Cramer was terrific. I was so impressed that I was able to get a same-day appointment through Zocdoc. It's a really great site. Anyway, I did wait for over an hour, however, once he came into the exam room, he was very attentive and the exam was very quick. Even the scope was painless! I had been so nervous for it but I didn't feel a thing. He didn't spend much time with me, however, I truly felt that in that short time he really answered all my questions and did a great job explaining my diagnosis. It was a good visit.
Great doctor. Excellent manner with my son.
They did a thorough analysis of my problem.
I haven't seen Dr. Cramer in about ten years, for an unrelated issue. He was just as I remembered him: professional, thorough, answered all my questions patiently, and explained the nasal cauterizing steps as he performed them. He gave me thorough information on what to expect during the healing process and discussed follow-up steps. I am grateful he took the time to also do a painless scope deeper into of both nasal passages to determine if there were undetected additional areas of concern related to my repeated nosebleeds. The nurse who performed pre-op steps for localized numbing was very competent, patient and caring. I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Cramer for ENT issues.
We're still working through various possibilities and remedies for my loss of taste problem.
He was very professional, listened well and asked insightful questions. He conducted initial tests and prescribed a new medication. I'll have a return visit and was encouraged by this, my initial appointment
Very satisfactory, pleased with all aspects, thank you, t.d.
Very nice experience at Dr. Cramer's Office. The staff was very nice and professional. Dr. Cramer is very through and recommended assessments/tests that should have been performed a long time ago, but never recommended by other doctors. Highly recommended this practice!
very thorough, professional & kind
Very good I just wish there was an easier fix for allergies then shots and pills I hate to see my daughter suffer with allergies and nose bleeds.
Very professional and thorough.
Great visit - all the staff from receptionist to nurse to doctor was polite and courteous. Dr. Cramer was very helpful and took time to explain his diagnosis.
Made the change from dr tom at CHOP bc we weren't getting the proper care for my son. Five sets of tubes w chop and they never looked into the cause of him getting infected ears - congestion. Great to have a place to treat ears w tubes and find cause of my sons problems
Great doc and Love zoc doc........... o
I was very pleased with the overall performance of Dr. Cramer
Very professional and caring.
This was the first time I saw Dr. Cramer. I have a partner so she came to the appointment with me. He was very professional, came in introduced himself to both of us then he listened to my problem. He knew immediately what to do and gave me several options. I was not prepared for his findings but he gave me a course of action and I feel like there is a plan. I would recommend him highly. He is smart, kind, thorough and he cares.
Once I got in he diagnosed quickly and I was out in no time.
Excellent Physician! His manner placed me very much at-ease. Thus far, his prescribed medication is working very well! Looking forward to the next visit in December!
He was great! He definitely wants to work with you and help you best he can . :)
Love Dr. Cramer. He always takes great care of me! Thank you, Dr. Cramer!
Dr. Cramer is just awesome. He figured out what was wrong with me within minutes and was just great as always. My husband and I have been a patient of him for quite some years and really trust his expertise and knowledge. Thank you, Dr. Cramer!!! Fondly, Joanna Elfering
I found him comfortable to talk to and he listened to me. He made suggestions that I hope will be beneficial. I do plan to return and we will see how it goes from there.
Much better experience than the doctor that I saw in February.
Great doctor! Very attentive and efficient as always!
I saw this doctor because my other ENT just didn't seem to have my best interests in mind, and right away Dr. Cramer recommended a treatment plan that is SO much better than what I was currently undergoing. He was very friendly and informative (it's hard to find those qualities in a doctor nowadays) and I would highly recommend!
I thought everyone in the office was extremely professional. I loved the fact that Dr. Cramer laid out all my options for treatment and gave me alternative. He also took the time to answer all my questions. Going back for a follow up in a few weeks.
Very friendly and professional office. Used their on-line forms so info. could be filled out before arrival at my appt. - saved a lot of time.
First visit for me. Sooo much BETTER than the last guy I saw from another practice. And best yet he says he can make me normal sick not sick all the time like before.
great doctor; i have a lot of confidence in him; he listens very well & makes definitive diagnoses...
I have been to Dr. Cramer's office several times. The Doctor and staff are excellent!
He had no solution for my lack of smell and taste. For hearing, he was pushing for the sale of his hearing aids but I do not want them, at least not yet.
Beautiful, brand new office. I waited fewer than 5 minutes to be seen - and the doctor came right in! Dr. Cramer was very personable and friendly. Definitely would recommend.
Doctor Cramer is the quintessential ENT doctor and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
Thorough and efficient visit. He was sure to look over my PMHx and confirm treatment was OK.
Effective, didn't waste time, got right to the point, offered a solution, ordered appropriate tests, and answered all my questions. Office staff was process oriented though rather than people oriented. Worth seeing the doctor, he was great, knowledgeable, and shops surgeon.
I'm a deaf fellow, the nurse knew sign language which was awesome ! I understood the dr well too
Great as always!
My visit was great. Just wish they had the "First Time" visit Information packet on line. Print it, fill it in, bring to office ready to go. Very nice people.
He was very professional and gave me informational advice about my problem and answered my questions in a way I could understand- thanks Dr. Cramer
Very good ENT... have worked with other ENT groups and prefer Dr Cramer as he is thorough and has made good recommendations for me.
He not only checked the reason for my visit - he checked my ears, nose, sinuses, etc. while I was there. Gave me information on everything he found and didn't find. I felt very cared for.
He was necessarily frank as we had to discuss a couple subjects that, without (actual) socialized medicine, require such frankness, but he remained a sympathetic, supportive, informative *human being* about it all thruout, which I appreciate immensely!
He was factual, straightforward with me, competent, caring, knowledgeable.
Very thorough and friendly. Took time to hear all my issues and questions. I have had sinus problems for years and went to various other doctors, but he has been the only doctor that has helped me and took steps to help me do things to prevent having sinus infections.
Dr. Cramer made me feel comfortable and his staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a very satisfying experience.
Very good staff and knowledgable Doc.
He was great, didn't wait long!
Excellent doctor, was able to help solve my sinus issues when 3 doctors i had seen before him had not
Fantastic Doctor and well run office. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Great experience! Dr. Cramer has been our family ENT for years, and he has always been accurate with diagnosis and helped us make the right decisions with health care for our family.
Both he & support staff came across as professional, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, & caring. I'll have an even better idea, if their treatment 'works'! ;)
The staff was great and as a first time patient, the assistant was very good about learning my history and preparing the doctor for our exam. Dr. Cramer was very methodical and ordered follow up tests to get right on the problem. I am very satisfied with the whole practice.
great diagnostician; excellent bedside manner
Excellence, Confident and very experienced
Everthing went well, no wait time, office staff were good, doctors explanation about the treatment is good, evrything is nice
Straight to the points, explained in understandable terms.
He seemed friendly, competent and knowledgable. Spent 3 minutes with us - minor diagnosis. 1 hour+ in waiting room, then wait in exam room for PA, then another wait in exam room for doctor. Total visit 1 hr, 45 minutes.
Doctor Cramer is wonderful. He did my surgery a few years ago and knew I needed to see him about my present problems with my sinuses. Doctor Cramer had set me on the right path to discover an immunity deficit which ultimately led to monthly infusion therapy. I am grateful for his concern and his effort to suggest I see another specialist.
