He completed his residency in Michigan and began practicing in Nacogdoches, TX, from 1992 until 2010. Dr. Kalvakuntla served as a Hospitalist for St. Luke’s Texas Medical Center from 2014 to 2017. He acquired Dr. Roy Gillick’s practice in 2017. Dr. Kalvakuntla has a special interest in Adult Medicine and focuses on prevention. Dr Laxman is currently not taking Medicaid at the moment. We are in the process of getting certified with Medicaid and will let you know when we are in Network.
