“One of the best doctors I have ever met. She listened to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. She did not dismiss any of my symptoms. I originally came in needing a Rx refill for a specific medication. Dr Pinto politely explained how she would not prescribe this to her patients, which I respect, and she explained why and gave me alternatives. That meant a lot to me as a patient. Seeing a doctor do research and explain why she believes a different medication is safer, showed me that she truly cares for the wellbeing of her patients. It’s very rare to find a doctor that doesn’t treat their patient like another number on the assembly line.”

The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. They seemed to enjoy being at work. The nurse was very personable and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable prior to the doctor entering and she made sure I was ok before giving me a shot. Dr Pinto was incredibly knowledgeable. She explained several things I’d never heard of. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she thoroughly explained and was willing to be available post appointment in the event I had questions or didn’t recall something discussed. She was far more than I hoped for while getting established with a new doctor. I’m excited about the care my family and I will receive from Dr Pinto and this office.

I was new to this doctors office and absolutely loved my first experience coming here! Beginning with the medical assistances in the front, the one who took me to the back, as well as Dr. Pinto herself. She came in the room with such a welcoming vibe and made me feel comfortable to tell her anything I needed to tell her. I highly recommend making Dr. Pinto your PCP!

Starting off with the staff, completely unprofessional, the walls are thin could hear them speaking badly about me in the room next door. Gave me attitude when I spoke about my problems, made judgmental faces when i couldn’t remember the name of a prescription I took 2 weeks ago. Made an original appointment for a consultation, front desk asked me if I wanted a consult or a regular check up. Stated multiple times I’d take just a regular check up and let the doctor know about my ear pain. When I saw the doctor she only gave me a consultation and refused to give me a check up. Doctor was horribly extremely unprofessional and disrespectful! Came at me with aggression and rudeness, even raised her voice at me. I’ve never been treated like this in any other clinic. I am shocked and outraged how a doctor who’s supposed to “help” their patients and advocate for them failed to do so. The whole interaction with the doctor belittling me was insane. Wouldn’t recommend.

The office was clean and the staff was friendly. But you see, Dr Pinto-Adigun - she embodies exactly how a physician should be. I came for an annual physical, however, the appointment ended up being more than just that, due to her attentiveness. She provided excellent care!
She listened attentively and you could see the genuine care by her facial expressions and body language. She asked questions, conducted her own research to ensure I was going to the right specialists for my needs. She radiated with genuine excitement when I told her my long awaited good news and made it her mission to make recommendations and ensure I had taken the right steps. She was kind, understanding and efficient.
To top it off, she called me the next day when my results came out and recommended I have a scan instead of a blood draw we agreed upon at my appointment - based on my medical history. She really put herself in my shoes. she went above and beyond and had a wonderful aura! 10/10
