ONE-TIME VISITS are $199 and include evaluation, labs for acute concerns when appropriate, and UP TO 7 days of FOLLOW UP ACCESS to your doctor. We do not provide chronic opioid pain management. Membership options are available after the visit for patients who want ongoing personalized care.** Dr. Tooba Rehman, MD is a board-certified Internist and the founder of Doc And Me Health, a modern Primary Care practice serving patients in the greater Houston area with offices in Katy and Sugarland. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency in Internal Medicine with a focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care. Dr. Rehman cares for adults and families with a wide range of health concerns, including preventive care, women’s health, mental health, metabolic conditions, thyroid disorders, and chronic disease management such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
