Very professional yet friendly conversationalist - good listener and interested in what I had to say about why I was there - did brief hands-on check up after all of the blood pressure heart rate and questions about health were done - staff both at the front desk and the nurse assistant were very friendly and Professional - was glad I made the appointment - my concern was about hypertension and Dr.Chacko wrote me antihypertension prescriptions to get me rolling and scheduled a follow up check up

The worst doctors visit I have ever had. Let's just say before the visit was over, I had a cup of pee in my purse. ??
When I arrived at the office, no one was there. After about 10 minutes, the front dest staff arrived from lunch. The staff was very friendly. They wanted me to fill out the medical forms on laminated documents with a dry erase marker. I dont know what that was about. Then the clerk at the desk found the paper work I completed online.
Once I was in the office the nurse checked my vitals then asked me for a urine sample. The bathroom was outside of the office through the waiting room and down the hall. The sample cup she gave me was flimsy and the cover kept coming loose. Thank God I had a zip lock bag in my purse. Once back in the office the doctor comes in, asked a few questions, did the exam , typed up the prescription, told.me to call Monday afternoon to follow up on my urine sample, then LEFT . I had to ask was that it. She said yeah and shooed me back to the front desk. The ladies at the front desk told me I needed to go to another location to do blood work and that I had a follow up appointment in Monday. This was a surprise to me. After talking with the ladies at the front desk, we decided I will call on Monday for my results. Never again will i return to this facility.

My visit with dr. Chacko was pretty good. I wasn't too happy about the long wait, although I understand I got there nearly an hour early. Yet I wasn't seen until after an hour after my actual scheduled time. So that was a bit frustrating. But Dr. Chacko's bedside manner was excellent, I felt comfortable talking to her and bringing up any concerns I had. She was pretty receptive.

I work in the medical field and I've never meet a Dr. That is all about her patients. She took her time and listen and was not in a rush. I love her and will continue to see her as my doctor. She is amazing and it's hard to find a good doctor that listens and cares.....
