Dr. Lachman was very friendly and easily approachable at introduction. He diagnosed and treated my problem with confidence and there were no surprises as he explained each part of the treatment and comforted me BEFOREHAND by explaining and saying "there will be no discomfort during the procedure." I was extremely satisfied with my appointment and would refer him to my friends and family in the future.
