However, I do have an issue with being forced to agree to ZocDoc's requirement to make all my personal information -including SSAN - available for them to use as they please. Not happy about that at all.
To wit: "... hereby authorize ZocDoc, its employees, agents and others operating on its behalf, to use and/or disclose personal and health-related information about you, including, without limitation, your name, address, social security number and contact information; medical and social history; current medical needs; and other information that is either requested by ZocDoc..."

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the worker helping us look at glasses seemed a bit pushy when we decided to look elsewhere. A $600 price tag for a single pair of glasses was surprising. Also, provide people their prescriptions so they don't have to ask or call back.
Other than that it was great.

It was great!! They were technically up on everything, everyone was so sweet and kind. We basically got in and out in an under an hour which is really good for having an eye appointment and fitting. Will definetly be using them again. I really liked that DR. Nielsen was so knowledgable and personable she explained everything to us and went over and above what I expected. They all did. Thank you TSO.
