The entire staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Balacco has a great bedside manner; making you feel comfortable while providing a thorough exam.
Literally 2 minutes after my arrival to the office, I was escorted to an examination room. I believe the expediency in being seen was not only due to the office's efficiency, but my pre-registration on Zocdoc as well.

Very nice doctor! Would def go see him again. My biggest complaints would be wait time and physical location/decor. Could def use more space and updating to office. But all is all I felt comfortable witht dr and will continue to go.

Did not wait too long. Dr Balacco was very patient and good with listening to any concerns I had. He also explained very well explanations for his diagnosis and required medications (was concerned with overprescription).

This was my second time seeing Dr. Balacco and there's a reason I went back to him. He's a really good doctor who takes the time to listen to you, makes sure to answer any and all questions you might have, and then explains what his diagnosis is in a very thorough manner so that you understand it.
He's by far my favorite doctor and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
