Took the time to listen to my health concerns treated me with respect I had Doctor Ginzburg before then some how ended up with Doctor Kostiv now back with Doctor Ginzburg couldn't be any happier look forward for next appointment did not rush took his time it makes all the difference

I think he is very pro active, I do feel sometimes he seems a little scattered but still feel confident that I'm receiving the best care! I'm a little difficult as I've many issues that is frustrating trying to get all things addressed at once & figure out what to prioritize. In confident though that he listens to my input & respects my opinions on what I feel maybe wrong.

Today came back for my Medical Report that the last week I took for X Rays and they didn't review my case I went personally and gave them. They told me that the doctor will review my diagnostic. They will call me and never! I called again afternoon and the doctor didn't review yet.... they're very busy I think.....so bad ??

I think Dr. Ginsburg is very through, he's knowledgeable & very good with you. His staff follow up his not very good at all, trying to get scripts refilled is a major hassle & no follow up so I've gone days without needed scripts

I really enjoyed speaking with him. He has a great bedside manner and is genuine. This was my first visit. Part of the wait time had to do with the fact the computer systems were down. It is not his fault, or the offices. I would recommend him to others.

Patient should be asked questions about their health without there being a closed door. Sound carries in that office (no sound proofing) and I could hear conversations through the walls and I'm sure the questions I was being asked with the door wide open, could be heard at the front desk and by patients in the waiting room. Clear instruction should also be given to help the patient understand what is being asked of them and why.
No clear instruction was given as to where to go or where to go after I was done meeting with the doctor. I waited for 5 minutes before being summoned to another front desk associate.
Regarding Dr. Ginzburg himself - he was professional, pleasant, and efficient. Would recommend him to others in the area.

Dr. Ginsburg is great he discovered things no other Dr's I've been to noticed, he is extremely thoural very good about explaining things, listens to you. I took a chance on Google because I needed a new Dr & I'm very glad I did!!!
The front desk staff seems a little young & confused at times but he's such a good Dr that I can over look that.
