He earned his Bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University before moving to Charlotte, where he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for Mecklenburg EMS Agency. This experience inspired him to pursue advanced education at George Washington University in Washington D.C., where he earned both a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Public Health. Levy strives to provide quality, evidence-based mental health care to all of his patients so they may maximize their overall health and well-being.
