It seems like they have a different website you need to enter your information with the card number and everything. When I made an appointment via Zocdoc, it was 3:40pm. Somehow their company scheduling site put me on 3pm spot. Around 3:20pm I received email that I was marked as "No Show" and there won't be a meeting because I didn't show up. It also made sound like I violated some clinician and patient relationship. I booked this for my anxiety issue. I am not sure if they are going to refund all the charges they created. This is very frustrating. I won't be making any other appointment with this company.
