Dr. Luong is nice and professional. Receptionist and nurse were also friendly. Said they would invoice my copay later which I like. Street parking was easy but I think I saw a lot behind their building which is in a predominantly residential street. Overall experience was very good and I loved being able to get the same day appointment.
