Both Zocdoc and Carbon Health offered a Saturday apppintment that apparently never existed at the location. Apparently this location is not open on weekends but both systems gave appointment times. I waited outside in the rain with another elderly lady who also was allowed to book a system. Her daughter had driven her 40min to the location because they offered an appointment. This is unacceptable. Do not allow a patient to schedule an appointment at a location that isn’t open.

I worked with a woman doctor (forgot her name) but she was extremely attentive and wanted to hear what’s been going on. It was very conversational and I felt heard. Overall, my problem is fixed and I now know the root cause. Just know some people in front of me were having problems with insurance so that was a bit of a wait.
