Dr. Gettinger-Dinner has 19 years of experience in the treatment of mental illness and addiction as a Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. After completing her formal training, Dr. Gettinger-Dinner worked as an Adjunct Professor of Nursing at the University of Phoenix and Nova Southeastern University. In addition, she served as an Associate Professor at Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is a former network leader for the American Holistic Nurses Association.
Dr. Gettinger-Dinner earned her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at Florida International University in Miami, FL. She then completed a Doctor of Health Science at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dr. Gettinger-Dinner is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
Dr. Gettinger-Dinner is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient's situation and adapts her consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns. She treats a range of conditions, and she is eager to help the wider community receive the care they deserve.

We do NOT prescribe Benzodiazepines (Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Valium) except for RARE exceptions. These medications will not be prescribed for new patients.
We do NOT prescribe short acting stimulants such as Ritalin and Adderall.

I was double booked for my appointment & waited almost 1 hour while another client was seen. Courtesy from Linda was absent, & I did not think or feel my situation was attended to properly. Getting up from your desk to greet a client is good manners as is getting up when the client leaves. Also, please refrain from eating while in a session.
