With 17 years of experience as a healthcare provider specializing in mental health, integrative and functional medicine, and general psychiatry, I am happy to welcome you aboard the healing journey.
I understand the hardships of deployments, transitions, and military life. There is a need for healthcare providers who understand these unique challenges, offer a safe, non-judgmental space, and truly "get it." Seeking more than just medication, my patients deserve integrative care that includes brain health support and lifestyle strategies. Their goal is to regain control, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Most importantly, they want to feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
I specialize in integrative mental health care for service members, veterans, and military families, treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and burnout. I offer treatments for brain health support and personalized care beyond just medication. My goal is to help my patients build resilience, find balance, and achieve lasting well-being.
I hold a Master’s in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, which informs my holistic and patient-centered approach to care.
