Dr. Lindsay Suls is a Licensed Psychologist who obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Williams James College in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Suls is originally from Maryland and completed her undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Suls has several years of experience treating individuals within a diverse array of settings including college counseling centers, hospital inpatient units, private practices, community mental health clinics, and therapeutic day schools where she conducted individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessments. Her training includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. She utilizes a person-centered, relational approach in her work with clients. Dr. Suls hopes to create a safe space where clients can explore various aspects of their life in a healthy and productive manner. Her research and clinical interests include grief, resilience, identity exploration, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and interpersonal relationships. In her free time, Dr. Suls enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and photography.
