Not sure how to rate this doctor since the visit was literally 5minutes long. Waiting time was zero, which everyone loves, but the time the doctor dedicated to me was very short. I felt like they were filling in a tight window remained open and rushed me through it. The doctor felt cold and short. I left and didn’t feel any better after talking to her.

There is an issue with birth control being prescribed; I let the doctor and front desk know that the prescription needs to be called in "as is" with no "substitutions " however after 3 attempts it is still called in with substitutions.

I would never recommend if you are visiting gyn for the first time. My experience was not at all good. The staff was very rude and very unprofessional. I thought the doctor would be friendly but she wasn’t. She was least interested in listening to my issues and didn’t talk to me clearly. She was speaking in a very low tone and didn’t explain it what will be my next action. I had to ask her every time which I feel is not a doctor should do. Overall it was very commercial environment and nobody care about what’s the patient mindset.

Dr. Diaz was helpful enough with answering my questions about IUDs, though I've had other doctors who are much better at answering all my questions and making sure that I am comfortable with the procedure. However, the care was perfectly adequate. I would just not expect great customer service or anyone going above and beyond.

It was very fast but I felt that I got my questions answered. Dr. Diaz is very good and I could tell that she cares. She’s very personable. I’m so happy I went to see her to beginning my pregnancy journey.

Dr. Diaz is nice and does a good job but her staff that work at the front have been so rude and short with me every time I've called or come in for an appointment. My last appointment I walked up to the counter and there were three girls, not a single one greeted me. I had to ask after about 20 seconds if all I needed to do was sign in and someone said "yeah". They REALLY need to work on their customer service.

Dr. Diaz was very quick to get me in and out. It seemed like I was her last appointment of the day so she was rushing it. Didn't allow me to really ask questions or talk about my concerns. Gave me my prescription and left. No follow up calls with results either.

Dr. Diaz was patient, sweet, and dedicated her full attention to me. I like the fact that she didn’t make me feel like she was rushing to get me out and move on to her next patient. She answered all the questions I had and was very informative. I was beyond nervous but her demeanor helped soothe my nerves. Definitely didn’t feel like it was a waste of time going in for a check-up like I have in the past with other doctors.
