Although my appointment was rescheduled to a later time, I was still seen on the same day I had requested, which I really appreciated. Although I didn't see Kathy Hu, I was fortunate to be seen by Amy Ly, and she was wonderful! Amy was very attentive to my health concerns and made sure to quickly refer me to the right specialist. I felt well taken care of and truly appreciated her professionalism and care.

Amy was absolutely incredible. She was anything but dismissive. She heard all of my concerns and ordered the appropriate tests while giving me a plan going forward. After seeing so many doctors, her bedside manner is well above all others. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

My experience was excellent. Although I live in Long Beach and the office is in Newport Beach, I don’t mind the drive at all. After my appointment, it's nice to grab a bite to eat or enjoy the beautiful beach scenery nearby. I was seen by Kathy Hu, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I’ll definitely continue to visit this location.

If you pay out of pocket for a primary care appointment you are charged first for the visit, you are told they do not know the cost of your labs, and finally the labs will take two weeks. Not a good primary care clinic.
