Hi! My name is Logan Smith. I'm a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, GI disorders, and overall wellness. I earned my Bachelor's in Health Science from Youngstown State University. I work specifically with clients who want to achieve food freedom, improve their relationship with food to enhance their health, achieve wellness, and ditch the diet mentality for good. With my nutrition counseling approach, I will help you let go of dieting for good and improve your overall wellness. Constantly worrying about what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat isn't how it's meant to be. I will help you enjoy eating again?stress- and guilt-free?in a way that works for you. Nutrition isn't supposed to be this complicated.
