"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" By: Benjamin Franklin. I am a 63-year-old Hispanic male. I do general family medicine. However, my largest interest is in the care of hyperacute stroke patients (HSPs). Those that are willing to consent to my off-label neuroprotection cocktail, require periodic stroke scale measurements. I utilize ASA, vit D, DXM, allopurinol, and memantine on top of supportive care in post thrombolysied or non-thrombolized.

Dr Palma was very patient and listened to me. This is the first time in so long i've gone to a physician and actually felt heard. I didn't wait at all, and he was very present when he was in the room. This was my first visit with him and I highly recommend him.
