What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
As health providers, I believe we have a unique position to help our patients become healthier while empowering them to make healthier lifestyle choices. This can lead to a positive impact on the overall well-being of our patients for years to come.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
In my opinion, a primary care provider has the opportunity to work closely with each patient, treating them as a unique individual with their own background and characteristics. It is essential to keep in mind that both physical and mental well-being are equally important.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I hold a Doctorate in Women's Health Nursing from the University of Utah. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, gardening, and biking.

Incredibly disappointed by Vennie Ying. She has shown up late to my appointments and would cut off every answer I had in response to her questions and then end our appointments abruptly. She’s been MIA while I desperately need my medication which needs preauthorization and which is out of stock in many pharmacies so it needs to be sent from an online pharmacy but she has yet to transfer it. It’s already been 5 days since my last appointment with V.Y. and perhaps she’s trying to milk more money out of my insurance by making it so that the only way to finally get in contact with her is by making another appointment. In addition she only prescribed me two weeks of medication, and I need to schedule another appointment after those two weeks (or less, depending on how much of the medication I use) are up, in order to get a month’s worth of medication.
