About Dr. Lori Berman

Dr. Berman completed her undergraduate training at Emory University. She is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine where she achieved honors. After completing her residency in pediatrics at Schneider’s Children Hospital at Long Island Jewish, she underwent 3 years of intensive training in Pediatric Gastroenterology at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Berman is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She recently chaired the membership committee of the Nassau Pediatric Society. Dr. Berman was the President of Nassau County Pediatrics and is now a member of the Northport Running Club. When she is not running, she also enjoys swimming and hiking. Dr. Berman has 2 teenagers. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children. You can also catch her at the theatre or a new restaurant, as she is a food enthusiast!
