Clean office! Nice staff and front desk, as well. I was seen as soon as I filled out all my paperwork! This was my first visit and I will be keeping Dr. Hutchinson as my pcp. Very informative than my last doctor and listens well. She even recommended me to other doctors and specialist who also come high recommended! Finally someone I like and can stick with.

The wait was long, over 45 min. but once was personable & it felt good being listened to, & not being rushed out the office in 15 minutes, like in larger medical facilities. I reasoned that she was as thorough with other patients, as she was with me. One of the receptionists remembered me when I was a patient of her forever doctor’s office.

I was extremely satisfied with my appointment. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE working at this office was delightful and helpful. It didn’t take long to be seen and Dr. Hutchinson is just the kind of doctor that I’ve been looking for. She was attentive and thorough. She answered all of my questions honestly and professionally and I appreciated that she was not dismissive nor judgmental. 10/10!! Also this office is very clean.

Dr Lori was excellent. She took the time to answer my questions . She was clear in her communication delivery and made me feel like she was genuinely interested in my health. She provided me with the appropriate preventive care referrals and health education . The medical assistant who took my labs was pleasant friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Lori if you want great medical care which is hard to find now a days

This was my first visit with Dr.Hawthorne. The staff working at the front desk were all professional, the medical professional assisting Dr. Hawthorne was also professional and very nice. He made great conversation and I was comfortable being in his care.
I arrived to Dr. Hawthorne’s office with a concern that was addressed immediately. She was informative and extremely thorough. We discussed several areas of my overall health, and I left there where a plan that made me feel confident about my future, and my overall well being.
The visit was the perfect combination of professional and friendly, which is something that is important to me.

Spacious waiting room, no hand soap in entrance bathroom. Waited 30 minutes in waiting room to fill out paperwork for a new comer. Was brought to the room and another 30 minutes of wait for the doctor. Doctor listen and was attentive. Staff to give vaccine, 20 minutes of wait in another room. Staff to take blood work was quick.

The doctors themselves are fine with good bedside manner but the office was a headache. The woman at the front desk was asking me to do their job confirming my insurance with my provider and when my provider settled the confusion she still didn’t accept it? Then a week later I get a call about test results, usually something urgent but because I’m at work I missed the call by 2 mins and when I called back no one was available to talk to me. These just don’t feel like serious people.

I had been looking for a new primary care doctor and I’m so happy I found Dr. Hutchinson. She is wonderful- took her time to listen to and understand my concerns, diagnose my conditions, and provide a clear treatment plan. The front desk receptionist and medical assistant were also very kind and quick. I am very satisfied with the care I received here.
