“The three medical providers I met with were lovely and great. I would not go back due to the staff. Complaining about not being checked out downstairs, very short and unwilling to even attempt to problem solve. I would have to wait two months before meeting with the weight loss team.. i wish I would have known that prior to booking with MOM. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere.”

I seen someone from Dr. Cristobal's team named Jaclyn and she was great. She was very attentive and asked lots of questions which shows she wants the best care for her patients and wants all details. She also has great bedside manners.

Jaclyn was truly phenomenal. I came in severely distraught after a bought of difficult to contain panic attacks,and she was so calming,reassuring,easy to talk to, and just Normal. It was a wonderful experience.

MY DOCTOR WHO I USUALLY SEE WAS OUT ON PTO AND I HAD TO SEE ANOTHER PROVIDER AND THE OFFICE BOOKED ME W/A JACLYN AND SHE WAS GREAT! PROFESSIONAL YET PERSONABLE (GOOD BEDSIDE MANNERS). SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. CONCERNS AND I FEEL LIKE I'M IN GOOD HNDS!

The office was very spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor assistant (PA or NP) was fast and efficient, w/a great attitude & very professional. She gave me a few options on my health plan.

Check in process was so smooth(w/i 10 mins) and was already in a room. The provider I seen for the first time was very nice and she took her time with me (I did not feel rushed!) Will be seeing her again.
