This was my first visit. Dr. Vales is absolutely great. She paid attention to my concerns, was compassionate and patient, and explained everything in a way I understood. I feel very comfortable to be in her care.
Dr. Vales Lay is a great doctor who is patient and genuinely concerned with what you have to say about what is bothering you. She does not rush you through your appointment and is a careful listener. I did a little research on her and the experience that other had with her and I am glad I chose to see her. Highly recommended!

The office did not integrate with ZocDoc properly and tried to get me to cancel my appointment. I was not seen at the appointment time and was made to wait more than 3-4 hours.
Great office. Great doctor. Very informative.

This was my first visit. Dr. Vales is absolutely great. She paid attention to my concerns, was compassionate and patient, and explained everything in a way I understood. I feel very comfortable to be in her care.
I enjoyed my visit with her. She has a very calming and sweet nature which I appreciated. My only issue was waiting for almost a half hour after my scheduled appointment to see her.
Dr. Vales Lay is a great doctor who is patient and genuinely concerned with what you have to say about what is bothering you. She does not rush you through your appointment and is a careful listener. I did a little research on her and the experience that other had with her and I am glad I chose to see her. Highly recommended!

Verified patient
Dr. Lori Vales Lay was very easy to talk with...gives you her full attention, makes you feel comfortable and even went as far as finding me some medical samples to start me with.
Verified patient
I arrived right on time and was seen immediately - I didn't even sit down! I had given myself a few hours for the appointment, but only ended up needing 45 minutes. Very quick and very nice staff!
Very friendly and professional, took plenty of time to listen to my concerns. Overall, a much better experience than I've had with other doctor's offices in the city.
She was very personable, kind, and made me feel comfortable as a new patient. She let me explain my reasons for the appointment, and was great at explaining medical terms and info about the tests we needed to run. I felt very confident in her knowledge and bedside manner. She even apologized for being late even though it was only a few minutes!
Verified patient
I'm choosy with finding a new doctor, but Dr. Lori has everything I want - clear understanding of her field, personal connection, politeness. She's a fantastic doctor and an absolute sweetheart!
Verified patient
I can't write too much because it will sound like I'm gushing or that I was paid by the office to submit this testimonial. Dr. Vales Lay was simply the finest, sweetest, most caring and professional doctor I think I've ever seen in my life. She was so personable and instantly made me feel comfortable. She listened very carefully to everything I was saying and made me feel that the information I was sharing was highly important (even if maybe it wasn't). What's best is that she gave me the option of agreeing or disagreeing with her plan of action. The words "If it's okay with you..." have NEVER been uttered by a doctor I've seen before. And I feel that if I had said, "is there an alternative?" she would have worked hard to submit one. Her bedside manner was OUT OF THIS WORLD! She's extremely knowledgeable about what she's doing, is an advocate of taking immediate action and what's more is that ALL her colleagues at the center had nothing but amazing things to say about her. THEY were gushing! I am SO glad to have found this doctor to address some long standing issues I've had. I HIGHLY recommend her and look forward to my follow up so we can work together to get the bottom of my concerns.
