I have repeatedly tried to get ahold of the doctor after my appointment and procedure so he could call in the medication he suggested. I have received the run around multiple times and was almost forced to pay for another appointment to follow up on that the meds we not called in. It is a mess and very scary that this was such a low priority for his office.
Doctor was nice but his staff is very unorganized and barely helpful.

Don’t go here they over book I did. Not even wait there there was about 30 people in the waiting room. When I complained they said can you fill out new patient paperwork and come back Monday. I just laughed at them like people don’t work for a living. Then they said they could fit me in but I would still have to wait for an hour. I laughed at them and left. Nope not getting me as a patient. Then they had the nerve to call me asking to reschedule for next Friday it won’t be that busy. I again laughed and hung up. And, the address that I booked the appointment for was on pavonia Ave they do not practice there anymore it’s on Steven’s in a church. Stay clear away it’s like they’re running a puppy mill!

I came in with uncontrolled high blood pressure expecting clear next steps. After my first visit around 09/12/25, I waited roughly 3–4 weeks for responses about labs and a short-term treatment plan. Messages were acknowledged late, and I left the visit feeling rushed and unheard, with no concrete plan. I’ve since transferred care to another cardiologist. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice. STAY AWAY!

My first visit. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome even though I was late. I expected to wait longer because if lateness but was seen once I filled out paperwork. Dr. Oh was great. He was aware of my condition and scheduled the appropriate follow up tests.
I am very happy I found this office. Perfect for me.

The entire office was closed for my doubly confirmed appointment. No one in the office, with all the lights off. Waited 45 minutes, and no one showed up. The office then called me an hour and a half after my confirmed appointment, saying “they were late to the office” and asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Very very disappointed, and a giant waste of my time.
