She has a great presence and helps steer conversations where they need to go. I enjoy her sessions and learning more about myself; however, I always seem to leave just as confused about some of my life situations as when I walk in. It helps me to speak about these situations, but I have not yet resolved them.
Dr. Dubberke was wonderful. She definitely knows the needs of her patients and will make sure you have all the information you need prior to your first session. She communicates with patients via email or phone, and is very easy to get ahold of either way, which is great for patients who might not be comfortable making phone calls. The office is easy to find and has a comfortable, homey feel. She is personable and listens carefully to everything you say, including what you mark on the patient intake forms. It doesn't feel like she has her own agenda, but rather, wants to help you work toward your own health goals. Some other tips: If you're visiting the office and the door code doesn't seem to work, try turning the knob the opposite direction. And if you're in the kitchen area to fill out paperwork, look around on the countertop for a cup of pens, since they might not be by the paperwork clipboards.

I have never visited a psychologist before, so my recommendation does not have a comparison. Louise is a nice person.
Verified patient
She was uptight and judgmental. Two things I am not looking for in a therapist but may be right for someone else.
Easy to schedule but not the best therapist I've ever had. Fell asleep during one of my sessions!
She is very attentive and when I went over a few minutes she did not just send me out.
Felt very comfortable. She was very approachable. Looking forward to my next visit.

She completely forgot who I was after I'd seen her four times. Seriously?
Louise is the best and most productive therapist I've seen. Very helpful.
Great. Always good feedback, very supportive and a good listener.
Wonderful, concientious and practical counsel. A great find.
She was so warm and kind. I felt very comfortable.
Verified patient
Excellent listener with good feedback/suggestions.
Blamed me for the sexual assault that was perpetrated against me. Left the appointment feeling re-victimized. Do NOT recommend for victims of sexual assault or rape.
Very kind and helpful.
She was very helpful.

I felt heard and that there was no judgement when speaking of the things I came in for. I felt she also let me look at other perspectives too.

She was very easy to speak with, had a calm and caring manner which is what you're looking for when you are looking to share your thoughts and feelings.
Parking was a bit hard to find but i was very happy with my visit and by the end i left with a better understanding of my self and my problems. I look forward to my next visit

Very professional. Starts on time. Ends on time. Good bedside manner. She doesn't just sit back and listen. She interjects at appropriate times with her thoughts and gives techniques to cope with problems. Recommended.
