I have helped many adults and couples explore the underlying causes of their distress. We'll examine these causes from multiple perspectives: by uncovering the conflicts and desires beneath the surface of your story, drawing on the wisdom of Eastern, Western, and Native traditions to deepen our understanding of the human experience, acknowledging what happens between us as valuable insights into your journey, and exploring your inner worldview. My approach is informed by my training at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I earned a PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
