If I could have given no stars I would have. When asked about other health problems she made it out like it was your fault. Did not listen to me and let me tell her how bad my pain was. Told her Tylenol does not help pain so she suggested I take Motrin or ibuprofen which by looking at my med list she should have known I cannot take those. She does not smile makes you feel like your a piece of shit and are a bother to her. Acted like my problem was of no significance, even though I could bleed out because I take a blood thinner. She just got up and left the room didn’t say see you in a couple weeks or even a nice to meet you. I would not recommend her to anyone even my worst enemy.

Very unprofessional..they called me two days before an appointment I booked a month in advance. No sort of understanding when I explained to them that I took a day off to be able to come to the appointment, the receptionist laughed as if it was funny. Stay far away!!!!!!

I recently moved here from florida, I went to every appointment I was scheduled to go to in florida, she got my medical records and tried to call me irresponible for not having alot of appointments, I missed appointment for personal reason and she talking to me rude like i'm irresponsible and didnt show up just cause i didnt feel like it. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. I am pregnant and do not need the added stress she has provided me.

Dr. Lucy and her staff were wonderful! The wait time I experienced was only because there were babies being born! I highly recommend Dr. Lucy. She listens to concerns, she's smart, and quite kind.
