Dr. Prieto attended the University of Texas at San Antonio to complete his medical degree. He then completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at the Texas Tech University campus in Amarillo. Dr. Prieto welcomes patients to his practice to receive pre-natal care as well routine/annual gynecological care including family planning. Dr. Prieto also welcomes patients for hysterectomies, hysteroscopies, laparoscopies, sterilization procedures, colposcopies, and robotically assisted surgeries.
In his spare time, Dr. Prieto enjoys participating in golf tournaments. He also enjoys hunting and fishing, as well as spending quality time with his wife, son, and daughter.

Dr. Prieto was very professional and friendly, but seemed a little rushed (which was totally understandable, considering the number of patients in the waiting room!). He was willing to take me on as a patient, even at 37+ weeks along, which I greatly appreciated.
