The ma at the front check-in told me even though I scheduled with a certain provider that he gets busy and won’t see me. I told the front that I wanted to see him because I have been see by the nurse practitioner and didn’t have the best experience. So she told me I would see the nurse practitioner first then the provider I originally scheduled with. When I got to the room the ma came in asked the basic questions and did vitals. Then the nurse practitioner came in and did the procedure to take out my birth control in my arm. She did the basic sterile field with any procedure. Once we started everything went great until the sterile field was no longer sterile due to the ma having regular gloves on that touched the cabinets then she proceeded to hand the sterile instruments to the nurse with the same dirty gloves that opened the cabinets. Overall the procedure took more then 30 minutes. After the nurse started I had no time remaining to see the provider I scheduled with.Overall terrible.

My doctor listened to me. She was great. I’m happy that I met her. My my doctor was very understanding. I’m going to make my new doctor my primary for now on. ?

Again- I booked with the doctor, and they tried to put the Nurse Practitioner on me when I paid for the actual doctor to see me. Why would it cost so much for a nurse practitioner? So, I said no I want the doctor. Oh this also after waiting an hour. Then, they take agreed upon tests for strep, etc. and told me they would bill my insurance company - only to have the entire total charged a few hours later. I never approved these charges per our agreement of having the insurance bill me. Absolutely absurd.

I went in for a chronic cough and after running all Covid and flu test that came out negative, the physician mentioned I should take antibiotic to cover an upper respiratory inspection. It was all agreed and I gave my pharmacy for the prescription. After 48 hours and 7 phone calls they still haven’t transmitted that to the pharmacy and at call number 8 the operator mentioned that they offered a medication I didn’t accept which is absolutely not true. Bottom line I continued to suffer from the chronic cough for 2 more days preventing me from sleeping and working normally and still haven’t received the treatment! Will never return to this place and highly discourage anyone to use them

The problem is not with the provider, but Zocdoc. I arrived at the office for my scheduled appt. Paid a copay, to find out the Dr. is no longer employed by the facility. The only male physician available was in Keller, Texas, one hour away from my destination. I asked about a refund, and was told by billing, one of the staff members can do a triage care, then teledoc, with the doctor in Keller. Personally it was a waste of time. The staff could have notified me ahead of time, the Dr. was no longer employed. Knowing this I could have scheduled wit another provider. I had to schedule through my insurance company. I left there with no appt. Loss of funds. Very terrible customer experience.

Very poor experience. Don’t recommend this clinic or provider at all. Office didn’t have the courtesy to inform me that Dr. Douglas has an emergency and won’t be able to come in. My appointment was at 4:20 pm and the nurse practitioner who was filling in for Dr. Douglas saw me at 6 pm. Very disappointing experience. A heads up about the situation would have been helpful in planning appointment prior to the visit.
Good experience. I would go back

For the record I booked an appointment with Dr. Kehres. 30min prior to my appointment I received multiple text from zocdoc saying my appointment was switched to 11:15 and I was meeting with the medical Assistant. When I arrived they still had me down for 11:30 am. This isn't the first time zocdoc sent incorrect info.

The doctor went home early knowing I was coming in for a CRITICAL testing for having weak muscles to the point I could not walk. So they placed me on a zoom meeting in office. Right as I am walking in the Medical Assistant sees me walk in with my wife holding me up from my armpit and quits. I am now out 2hrs rounds trip and it’s Friday so the blood testing I needed is held off for another two days for the weekend. What a bad first impression.

After driving for 37 minutes, I was told Dr. Kehres was at a different location. I left abruptly and will not return. I will be looking for another primary physician.
