My experience with Lydia Kao well exceeded my expectations. She was professional, a good listener, and had great bedside manner. She was very informative and knowledgeable and it was obvious to me that she cared about her work and patients. In the past, I have had bad experiences at the gynecologist and it felt good to finally find someone who I could trust. The inside staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office!

The doctor is great, but the admin staff is not Profesional. Had to go the pharmacy twice, 1st time, they didn't send the prescription; 2ed time, they sent the wrong one. It has been more than 2 weeks and I still have not received my medication. Have to call for 3 rd time

Went into the appointment to ask about contraceptive options, and left with a well-woman exam because the staff checked and it would work out to be cheaper for me that way! :) Dr. Kao talked quickly but slowed down when I asked her to. She answered all the questions I had and explained what was happening every step of the way.

I switched my Obgyn and I'm so happy I found Dr Lydia Kao. She's great and easy to talk to. I had a bunch of questions in mind before visiting and she provided me with the details before I even asked. I would definitely recommend Dr Lydia Kao to others as I left my visit feeling very good compared to my previous Obgyn.

Everything went well except for the wait time. I understand for first time patients, you will most likely fill out forms and what not, but this only takes a few minutes. Even after I turned in my forms I waited 40 minutes until my name was called. (Also had to wait 15 minutes in my drapes until I finally got to see the doctor) Not sure why it took so long for me when all the other reviews here say they didn't have to wait to see the doctor........ Also, they don't validate the parking pass so you'll have to pay $4 + for your doctor's visit.

Excellent service from everyone encountered from front staff to intake staff to doctor and trainee. No time wasted and doctor took time to listen and explain diagnosis, patiently answering all questions. Definitely coming back here in the future. Lovely experience.

Dr. Kao was great, but the office is not a good experience. Parking is bad, the waiting room is depressing, and the practice is archaically paper-based. Will not be going back not because of the care which was good, but because of the patient experience which is abysmal.

I didn’t enjoy my visit with her. This was my first appointment related with my pregnancy and she didn’t make me feel at ease at all. She was extremely timid and unsure in what she was saying. I ended up switching to another doctor in the practice. I don’t know if i was asking too many questions or what but I didn’t like how she made me feel.

Dr. Kao was very nice and informational. I am switching doctors and am very happy with my choice!! She seemed to care about what questions I had and was happy to show me what was happening on the ultrasound. She even gave me a picture. The last place wasn't allowed to tell me what they saw on the ultrasound so I had to wait to hear any updates.
