“Doctor has amazing bedside manner. Very nice and knowledgeable. Front office staff can definitely use some work on bedside manner. Not super pleasant. Also a bit upset it took an extra 30 minutes due to not running my insurance beforehand. Originally quoted me a lot of money stating I still had a deductible but when I told them it should be covered and to rerun, it took an extra 30min to rerun just to tell me the appointment was completely covered… as expected. Billing should definitely have been handled beforehand to prevent delays. Parking is annoying so we had to add 30 extra minutes to our meter due to the inconvenience. But I would come back for the doctor’s bedside manner and professionalism, for sure!”

OB visits have never been a fave. But Dr. Valdez friendliness and attentive listening made it feel comfortable right away. He made sure to get my history to better help my issue and in no time we were finished. Will def recommend ?

The staff was friendly, and Dr. Valdez was wonderful! He has a great bedside manner and immediately made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous at first about seeing a male doctor, but once I met him, that concern disappeared completely. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and walked me through what was going on so I understood each step. I left feeling informed and at ease, which I really appreciated

Dr. Valdez is such a wonderful doctor. He’s not only very knowledgeable but also truly caring with his patients. What I really appreciate is how he takes his time to explain everything so clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable with your treatment. He also speaks fluent Spanish, which makes communication so much easier and shows how much he values connecting with his patients. I’m very grateful for the care he provides and highly recommend him.
