I was taken back quickly but then I sat in a room in the back for 2+ hours. They were very busy so I'll give them a break and try them again. The staff which helped me was very nice and professional and did bring me relief from my problem.

It was kind of long waiting but I understand they were short of staff.
The staff as well as the doctor were very nice and professional
Such a great atmosphere. Friendly and nice service.
Terrible experience. I had a 1:30 appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist told me the office was closed. I showed her my appointment confirmation, and she said "fine, we'll make an exception for you." When my doctor arrived, she told me that I would have to come back later in the week for my papsmear since I missed my appointment and arrived so late. I explained to her that my appointment was at 1:30 and that I was on time. She said "Ok, we'll make an exception for you this time". She then rushed through the physical procedure. At the end of the appointment, she didn't tell me anything about what was being prescribed or why - the nurse just handed me a written prescription. They never got back to me with my test results from my blood panel and the other tests that I had done. I had to follow up with the office several times - the phone lines were down.
I waited for about an hour and a half before I was seen. Luckily, the Dr. was able to identify the problem and provided a prescription but I would only return if I was desperate.

Very pleased! She was very polite and so was staff. When she wasn't able to write my prescription that day the next day she called me and told me to come back for it.

I would definitely visit again. The exam was very thorough & she appeared to be interested in helping. However, one of the nurses who took blood & worked the front could have been nicer.

First the things I liked about this office. The staff are friendly and bilingual. There is a pharmacy in the building. The paperwork can be completed online. Unfortunately it was an overall disappointment and our search for a new family practice continues. Our appointment was rescheduled without calling. The wait time was long. After seeing my children for back to school shots/physical we were informed they have no shots available, and expect to get more in two weeks. That defeats the point of the appointment as my daughter needs shots to return to school. The also referred us out for our blood work, and to a separate location for the x-ray. So we now have three additional appointments, and there was no point of going. In addition they wrote the wrong DOB on my daughter's xray referral, which now doesn't match our insurance. =(
