Extremely personable and very knowledgeable. She actually spends time with her patients, and asks them a lot of questions. They may seem unnecessary with the problem you came in with, but they help her diagnose you better. Because of how much time she spends with each patient, the wait time is usually insanely long. That's the only downside, I guess. Her staff is great too.

It's so hard not just completely bashing my experience here. The wait....it was worst than an emergency room. It took 4.5 hours to get in and out. There are no restrooms so make sure to go before. The nurses were not very experienced. I was asked to undress and before I had my shirt back on they invited another patient in the room to get started... It was horrible. I'd normally have more patience but I'm very sick and sitting in a cold waiting for for 4 hours is just unexcusable. With that all said when I finally got to see the actual Dr. She was very pleasant and genuinely seemed to care about getting me better. I won't be back though.

Dr. Moysik treats you as though you are her own child. She's very funny and maternal. I would go back just to say hello.

Long waiting line. Was skipped on purpose to serve more recognizable clients. Was told my prescription for medicine would cost me nothing out off pocket, received a call that I owed her office money after a few weeks.

The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. The whole place is a complete scam. I had to wait more than two hours to see a doctor which is annoying but doesn't matter that much. The biggest problem was that I went in for a simple UTI and only needed antibiotics but they ended up running a bunch of expensive and unnecessary tests. I asked about a million times to make sure that each thing they were doing would be completely covered by my insurance and was relevant and they kept saying it was and would be fine but I kept getting bills from them for months that totaled to hundreds of dollars.

The first visit for my blood work was ok, but I guess only because it was late (5pm) However, my follow up appointment to receive my results was at 1 pm, and I was attended at 3:45pm. Mind you this appointment was to receive results on my blood work, which only took a total of 10 mins! The only reason I even got in at 3:45 was because I had to be somewhere and insisted on seeing the doctor for my results. I was then automatically booked for another appointment in two weeks which I never made! I then continued or rather CONTINUE to receive appointment text msgs every week, which I NEVER made. smh. I've been calling to have them remove me from their appointment system. I hope this time it actually works.

The doctor did every possible test (an ekg, seriously?) for fever. I waited THREE hours in the waiting room (with a fever of 105) AND I had an appointment. Currently in the waiting room again for my follow up a month later, going on an hour and a half wait time.
The staff is inconsiderate, you ask them questions and the answer some practiced answer that is completely not relevant to what you're asking or not helpful ex: "hey I've been here for over an hour, my appointment was at 5, any idea how much longer Ill be here?" "Ummm the doctor will call you in a few seconds." "Are there people in front of me" "yes" "ummm my apartment was over an hour ago" "yeah the doctor will call you in a few seconds" it's like they'be all been trained by American airlines.
Last time I went the doctor said something off putting and racist, thinking that just because I'm white I must be a racist. I was like, just give me the antibiotics. I choose her because of her zoc doc reviews, and while she's "nice" she never found what was wrong with me and again, the racist comment, just not my thing.
There's no handsoap in the restroom, and there's no restroom in the waiting area.
advice to staff: call people if the doctor is running late, people have lives beyond sitting in your stuffy waiting room.

This doctor books appointments for up to two hours before she even comes into the office. Expect that you will wait a minimum of 2 hours, but potentially up to 8 hours to be seen.

I had a visit for a check-up as a new patient. I got there early and the waiting room was almost empty but the wait was still over 2 hours. The Dr. however was extremely thorough, very friendly and I am looking forward to building a relationship with her. I would definitely recommend her but you should plan to set a side a chunk of time in your schedule for the visit.

I waited for three hours for a scheduled appointment, and was naive enough to give them a second chance - never go here! Dr Moysik is nice enough, but unless you speak Russian, you will have a hard time understanding her. Spend a little extra time online and find someone else, don't waste your time here like I did.

As always facility is clean, girls are pleasant. Especially Jane who works for Dr. Moysik. Had to do a sonogram for Dr. which is on site. I would not be seeing Dr. Moysik for 9 years if any problems. Dr. Moysik saved my mother's life.
