The office is clean, and the staff that i had contact with have always been really nice. i think there was only one time that i had to wait for a bit, but majority of the times i'm usually seen within 10 minutes of arrviing and checking in.

This was one of the fastest appointment s I've ever had, it was for 2 different types of Doctors and each time was efficient/and helpfu. I really glad I found a Doctor's office like this one.

Jessica was lovely but the wait was insane. More than 45 mins before I was seen and the first thing said to me was “we have other patients you know.” Really unnecessary. I was with the doctor for less than 10 mins

I would not go back to this office. Came in for simple bloodwork and have been trying to contact the office for weeks to have the results sent to my primary care physician. No answers or call backs with multiple voicemails left.

It was a quick online appointment. Doctor was efficient and ensured I got the medication I needed. I have seen her in the past in person so it was easier to connect over the phone. I appreciated her warm but professional bedside manner and willingness to investigate and not dismiss GYN symptoms.

Overall, the visit was good. I got done what I needed. But the doctor did not really have good bedside manner. I was there to get my IUD removed due to pain. She made a comment about how I should be lucky that my insurance covered my IUD & suggested I keep it in a little longer. It did not make me feel good because I had already explained to her all the issues I had with it. Overall , it was okay but would not recommend.

I went in for a nexplanon removal. She was very helpful, patient, and understanding to my needs. I had it removed the same day and was able to get an alternative form of contraception. Hands down the best and friendliest staff. Would definitely go back 10/10!

She was rude and not a good communicator. I felt very brushed aside and gaslit for the symptoms I was having. Poor bedside manner. The office itself is clean and I was seen right away; nurses taking blood and such were nice and friendly, but yeah, my experience with her wasn't the best today. :(

Jessica was nice but the overall experience was a little weird. She sent some tests to a lab but when they came back no one called me with the results or to prescribe medication (test was positive - Quest emailed me directly). Doc office said that to get the medication, I’d have to do another visit. In my experience with doctors, the prescribing of the medicine for the thing that you made the first visit for is considered part of the visit, not a separate thing. I thought this would be more convenient since it’s close to my house, but in retrospect I should have just gone to my usual doctor.

She was very attentive and sympathetic. My symptoms came on very fast, so I left work early and went straight to the appointment (which I was able to book just 2 hours before) and by the time I got to my appointment I felt like ABSOLUTE crap and had a pretty high fever. After checking me out and running a few tests, she gave me ibuprofen and the chance to rest with the lights off until my fever came down, which I am very thankful for because I honestly would’ve struggled to get home. Now, 5 days later I still have a fever from this nasty flu. Get your flu shot people!
