Dr Shtein was proffesional and very friendly. I went for general check up and blood work. I got my results in two days and she went over any abnormalities and what did they mean. The office in general is nice and clean with friendly staff.

Very rushed, she made me do an ekg which I have never done at a Obgyn and did not even do a pap or gynecology test just asked symptoms prescribed medicine and had me do this unneccessary test and a breathing lung test. Never even got a call back on my urine test

I would highly recommend the doctor. Very nice and clean office, efficient reception area, no line to wait. Dr. Shtein had enough time to listen to the patient, examine all previous tests and was precise and clear explaining the prescription. What was also important, the doctor didn’t recommend unnecessary tests located in the office as it is usually happens in most the other ones...

I was looking for a new PCP after my previous doctor whom my siblings and I all share, had brushed off my brothers condition carelessly, as well as not take any of my or my brothers’ (yes more than one) complaints/symptoms seriously. I was looking for someone who would listen and care about what I’m feeling. From the moment Dr. Shtein introduced herself, she was warm and very very kind. She was compassionate and really listened to my problems and concerns. My chief complaint was handled in a very, how do you say, good way? I was worried and concerned, however, Dr. Shtein comforted me and recommended a treatment plan that I hope will help. When going over medication and diagnosis, she fully explained what was going on, why it happened, what’s normal and what isn’t, and why the new medication would help. I happen to work at a multi doctor facility and I would say Dr. Shtein is as good as people say. I saw a review that said her/his, I can’t quite remember, appointment seemed rush and yes it was fairly quick especially for a new patient but I did fill out all my medical history on ZocDoc. Although it was quick for a new patient, she was extremely thorough, quick yet also calm and caring, if it seemed possible. The wait time was very minimal, I was seen 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time, overall I probably waited maybe 10 minutes since I came half an hour early to fill out paperwork.
Overall, I am very pleased with her services and extremely overjoyed to have found my new primary care doctor. I will be going back next week for another lovely visit :)

Waited 3 weeks for results. I don’t recommend if it’s an emergency. Otherwise I recommend if it’s a quick check up. Dr. Lyudmila is very nice and professional and did prescribe medication for treatment and did a lot of testings. front desk and sonogram technician are unprofessional and unorganized.

Went in for an annual with additional complaints. I’ll have to say the lady at the front desk was quite warm and welcoming and the check in process was fast. The doctor listened to my complaints carefully which is something rarely done by a lot of doctors these days. This was my first visit and I already feel safe knowing that this is a doctor and staff I can trust with handling my health. Highly recommended!

Dr. Shtein was very thorough and performed a few simple tests that I had never had before (maybe because I’m now over 40). She explained why we were doing them, that they were covered by my insurance, and what the results meant. She is very quick but no question is too small.
The approach to the office is a bit bleak, it is not by any means fancy, however I felt less rushed than in other fancy SoHo/TriBeCa establishments. The office is clean and efficiently run.
Highly recommended.
