My goal as a provider is to create a safe, judgment-free space that allows clients to feel comfortable exploring their nutrition and health concerns. I want to help equip people with the knowledge and skills necessary to nourish their bodies in a way that supports their overall health and well-being. I believe we all deserve to have a peaceful relationship with food and our bodies. Nutrition is more than fuel; it nourishes our bodies and souls and can bring connection and enjoyment to life. I believe all foods have a place at the table, and we can learn to enjoy them in a way that feels most pleasant in our bodies. I am specifically trained with strategies to address the complexities of nutrition and health concerns, bringing both expertise and humanity to the table. I hold a Master’s in Nutrition and Metabolism from UTMB Health – University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, completed my Bachelor’s degree at Texas Tech University, and finished an Internship in Dietetics at UTMB Health.
