My first visit with Dr. Challagulla went exceedingly well. The wait time was very brief, and all of her staff--from the receptionist to her nurse/nurse practicioner were all kind, courteous, and helpful. The doctor herself was great; as someone who experiences a fair amount of anxiety around visits to doctors' offices, she immediately put me at ease and my appointment went very smoothly.

My experience with the Dr. Herself was okay. However, as a new patient ,no one bothered to tell me where to go for blood work so I wasted a good amount of time waiting in the wrong area. The young lady at the lab work reception has no customer service skill or professionalism at all. So I left the place pretty disappointed.

My experience with the Dr. Was okay. However, nobody bothered to tell me where to go or wait for the lab work I had to do. I was waiting in the wrong lobby for a good amount of time and finally went to the right place. At the lab work area, the receptionist and also the person who did the blood work was the most unprofessional and no customer service skill at all. Left the place pretty disappointed ..

With her patients and doesn’t try to rush you out of the room. Def. Recommend her to everyone looking for a nice doc that will really listen to you and do something about it. The office staff is pretty awesome too. The wait time was reasonable too.

The doctor was great but the office did not receive my online zoc doc forms, etc. I filled out everything and did online check in to save time and the office was not familiar with zoc doc and did not have my forms. It was a waste of time. Not sure why they offer this service yet.
