The doctor was professional and was able to provide a diagnosis quickly. The office staff was nice and friendly. When I scheduled the appointment on Zocdoc I noticed that there were several back-to-back slots available to choose from. I originally scheduled an appointment on Zocdoc for 2pm. When initially contacted by the office staff it was to verify insurance and then once verified I can then schedule an appointment. I was a little confused because I thought that was the purpose of Zocdoc. I was then told the doctor will not be in until 5pm. I arranged to come in the following day. Overall the visit was satisfactory.

Dr. Fahmy doesn't care about the wellness of her patients, her office is driven on keeping patients coming back for more therapy. Her staff is unorganized, I had paperwork that needed to be submitted to my lawyer, that I was told would be sent the next day, a month later it still wasn't submitted and I had to constantly call her office assistant (because she kept avoiding my calls) and I finally caught up with her and got her to do it (which only took 5 minutes to do). The physical therapist in her office has got to be the laziest unknowledgeable therapist in New York City (if not the state). Run do not walk, away from Dr.Fahmy!

Very unprofessional no where to sit outdated clinic asked her for electric stim pads and refused to give them to me. Also asked me for referral and after my doc fax them didn't need them. Very rude staff nasty attitude and very unfriendly and unprofessional don't ever go here...
