I was forced to pay a ridiculously large bill because this doctor incorrectly submitted paperwork to my insurance. I got the insurance company and Quest Diagnostics on the phone with him to try to resolve it and the doctor hung up in our faces twice. Both the insurance company and Quest said they have never seen anything like it. Couldn't possibly be worse.

The front desk staff was fun, a bit quirky but in a good way. Carlos the nurse/tech was really friendly, and Dr Nandyala was excellent. Very thorough, listened to everything I had to say, very friendly. This was a remarkable difference from doctors I've had in the past and I am glad I found this place. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel bad about myself.

I found it very unprofessional and out of place.Staff used old weighing machine and done. Doctor did not perform vision/ear basic test. Doctor did not answer to my some problems that were reported.They wanted me to do the lab at some place else, that was waste of time for me. Their nurse then took my blood sample in some back room.Till the date, I have not received my lab results. DOctor has not responded back to my phone call.

Dr. Nandyala and his staff are welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. N seemed to have already anticipated any questions I would have and adequately explained my treatment. My appointment did not feel rushed which I really appreciated. A professional demeanor with a nice sense of humor, making him pretty easy to talk to.
This website automatically rates wait time according to minutes. I was seen 40 minutes after my appointment time, which in my opinion is actually pretty standard. I might have a bit more patience because I understand these wait times aren't due to lazy doctors like patients so often think. I could hear Dr. N visiting with his other patients and heard that he came to my room as soon as possible, which is what I expected and all I could hope for.
Overall, very satisfied with the treatment I received and will definitely be using this office again!

What more can you ask for that a doctor who invests time in going over every small detail and making sure ALL your questions are answered. I absolutely would recommend Dr. Nandyala!

I hate going to new doctors but had an issue that was urgent and had to go. I was put at ease as soon as I entered the front waiting room. They took me immediately despite not getting any prior notification from email appointment that was set up.
I was evaluated swiftly and in office testing was done professionally. I went to this appointment thinking that I would change doctors if needed. NOT, He's a keeper. Have another appointment for follow up next week. I will be going back.

Dr. Nandyala is extremely kind and very good at his job. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable, even when discussing sensitive issues, such as obesity and its complications. Dr. N. explained everything very thoroughly, and I left with detailed notes about everything we discussed during the appointment - a great idea, as I usually forget the bulk of what was covered within minutes of leaving the appointment. With Dr. Nandyala's comprehensive notes, I have no questions as to what treatment plan I am to implement.
Another terrific aspect is the Patient Portal, where all of the patient's information is stored and can be accessed online at any time by both patients and health care practitioners. This saves time and frustration for both parties.
I truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Nandyala, and would recommend him to anyone.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and fast. I was seen right at my appointment time and didn't have to wait. Rooms were clean and inviting. Dr. Nandyala was very friendly and thorough. I got lots of paperwork about what we went over during the consultation. Absolutely no complaints here and I'll be going to Dr. Nandyala in the future for primary care.

I went in to get checked for low testosterone, doctor refused to test me saying that I clearly did not have low testosterone due to my head of hair. I showed up 15 mins early for my appointment, and they had no idea I was showing up. I had to wait for nearly 2 hours to see this doctor, just for him to refuse to do a test on me.
