Manesi Glorivi Mendez is a compassionate board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse in the state of New York. She attended medical school in the Dominican Republic at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) while completing a pediatric internship in the United States. She received her pediatric training at Columbia University School of Nursing while gaining experience at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York and Weill Cornell Hospital among others. She graduated with honors, including the Theresa Marcos Jansson Award for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who shows compassion, cultural competence, and patient and family advocacy.
Manesi G. Mendez provides comprehensive pediatric care in a holistic approach building a strong rapport with the patient’s and their families. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Manesi was great. Addy presented w/ hires all over (unexplained reason) and she thoughtfully went over what we should avoid, how to handle the symptoms over the next few days as well as what to do in the next two weeks to rule out any particular allergies.

What I like the most of Dr. Mendez is that she takes the time to listen to your concerns about medical issues, and you can count on her anytime you have a question. Also after the diagnosis is given, she gives a wonderful follow-up.
