This was my first visit to the office. The staff and facility itself was very nice. I had to wait 30 mins before being seen which I wasn't thrilled with, but overall the experience was good. It was just a new patient visit but Dr. Jariwala seemed thorough and knowledgable so I have no hesitations about going back to see her for other health issues.

As a new patient, I expected Dr. Jariwala to be more open and personable. She wasn't. The front desk staff, however, were warm and pleasant.

The check-in at the receptionist desk was timely and my information was handled with the utmost care. The wait time to see Dr. Jariwala was less than 5 minutes. The vital sign check-in process was smooth because the assistant had all the equipment in the exam room.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Jariwala and she had reviewed my history prior to entering the room. I was pleased with the interaction and the questions that Dr. Jariwala asked during my exam. She provided information verbally and written to explain my treatment and care.
