I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine, and it's my privilege to serve patients ages five and up. I'm honored to introduce myself as your healthcare partner.

I had gone through 15 doctors and psychiatrists and other prescribing PAs, etc. before Dr Dipa Rival!
I was desperate for someone to simply treat my ADHD and insomnia, both of which are well documented and diagnosed.
So many doctors nowadays don’t want to touch you if you have complex conditions, and especially if you need any “ sched meds.” Dipa is a realist, she knows that she needs to get a sleepless or disabled client help BEFORE they can come in for a physical or deal with the rest of it.
The rest of it being, I need to lose 30 pounds and get a job again — because of Dipa, I now feel I can have a LiFE and sleep during night, be “with it” during the day, and relax about it some. Someone cares!
I also have CPTSD, and she was particularly kind / made me feel like I wasn’t being judged or looked down upon. The CPTSD? In large part due to our F’d up medical system shopping me around, making me feel stigmatized, and not giving a crap if I ever work agin or simply “bedrot”!

I recently had a wonderful experience at the doctor's office. The staff was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional, which made a big difference since I had to bring my 2-year-old daughter along. Even though she was a bit fussy, the Medical Assistants and doctor were so accommodating and thoughtful. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Raval is the sweetest person! The nurses were great and very helpful! The front desk person/ receptionist could be a bit more friendly considering she's the first person you meet when you arrive. But she gets the job done I guess and she was not rude. My wait time was just bad luck due to them being short staffed, but overall it was a good experience!

Dr. Raval is an incredibly friendly, knowledgable, personable physician. She works with you to find ways to get you the care you need. She has a “can-do” attitude. She has an upbeat personality and a smile on her face which makes the appointment fly by. Her only goal is your health and she will go out of her way and move mountains to do what is best for you. Many doctors want to take shortcuts or avoid administrative headaches at your expense. Not Dr. Raval. She clearly loves what she does because it shows. Her office/front desk is extremely well-coordinated and efficient. I would recommend her unequivocally to anyone whose health I cared about with reservation.

The provider did not do a complete annual physical. She stated that my child was there as an urgent care, when I specifically stated that it was for Primary care. The confusion was so bad that I had to make an appointment with another doctor. This doctor did not do a complete HEENT assessment. They also guessed, initially, what his height was until a brought it up that his height was never taken. The provider also looked disheveled and overworked. She stated that she saw 7 patients in the last 15 minutes.
