The doctor himself was terrific but the wait was terrible. I also did not receive a confirmation about this appointment until 5 minutes before I arrived. When I called beforehand to ask if I was confirmed, I never received a straight answer.

This was my first visit and so far his bedside manner and detailed explanation was what I was looking for. In a world where doctors are more concerned about the dollar instead of the patient Dr. Marc Rankin did not show that side. So far I recommend him and this orthopedic department.
