Dr. Villa’s journey began as a Research Fellow at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City, NY, where she conducted pioneering research to advance the field of Orthopaedic Surgery. Following her tenure at HSS, Dr. Villa pursued a year of General Surgery Residency at the renowned New York Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia University in New York. This was followed by Orthopaedic Surgery training at Howard University Hospital.
