Jacksonville Magazine has recognized her with this honor from 2007 through 2010. As a resident within the University of Florida, she was honored as the top Family Practice Resident between 1994-1996. As a board certified physician since 1996, she has been awarded fellowship in Family Practice by the American Academy of Family Physicians in 2008.
Throughout the years, she has been a prominent figure within Jacksonville providing patient services for the Jacksonville Cluster Home, University of Florida Family Practice facilities, and Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. She has expanded her responsibilities as an independent contractor for Medicare, Part A for the Western division of the United States providing services for the appropriate utilization of Medicare benefits. Dr. Tiomico continues to engage in life's goals in collaborating with Jacksonville's elite physicians in accomplishing improved disease outcomes within new age medicine.
