Dr. Eduardo Balbona received his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia and completed specialty training in Internal Medicine at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Balbona has served as a Naval Officer and Physician at the U.S. Capital Office of the Attending Physician, providing medical care to prominent officials including the members of Congress and of the Supreme Court.
